From November 30-December 12, 2023, The Climate Registry (TCR), in collaboration with Climate Action Reserve (Reserve), hosted a delegation of leaders from U.S. states, local jurisdictions, the private sector, and sovereign tribal nations at COP28 in Expo City, Dubai to highlight subnational climate policy, innovation, and action.

TCR’s 2023 Pathways to 1.5 Pavilion focused on the importance of subnational climate policy, ambition, and the innovative power of public-power partnerships in North America to advance action on climate solutions. Pavilion panels and discussion highlighted critical topics related to subnational collaboration, local climate action, the road to net zero, and so much more.
